Early voting, is available to every registered voter in Montgomery County. When casting your ballot early, you do not need to attend your polling place on Election Day. You must be a registered voter in order to participate in early voting.
There are two ways you can vote early:
1. Early Voting by Mail (Absentee Voting)
You may vote by mail, using an absentee ballot, prior to Election Day. Voting by mail is easy – and you can start as early as 45 days prior to an election. Follow the instructions below to request your absentee ballot.

2. Early Voting in Person
Prior to the date of any given election, when ballots are available, you may vote early at the Auditor’s Office at the Courthouse in Red Oak, 105 E Coolbaugh.
