A public hunting area of 196 acres acquired in 1992 with a grant from the Wildlife Habitat Stamp Program with a 75-25 match, a cash donation from the Montgomery County Pheasants Forever Chapters of $10,000.00 and other cash donations. A portion of this area has been planted to wildlife food plots for outdoor recreation.
There is no fishing at the Andersen Wildlife Area.
