The Anderson Conservation Area totals 244 acres in size. The purpose of this area is to provide a place and facilities for environmental education as well as wildlife preservation. Located on the property is the Wolfe Nature Center which contains the office, maintenance facilities, environmental education displays and a meeting room. The area is managed for upland game and a native prairie area.
Fishing is allowed during park hours in the 15 acre pond. The pond boasts fish species such as Large-mouth Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, and Crappie. State fishing laws and regulations must be obeyed.
While Hunting is prohibited on the entire Anderson Conservation area, it does offer an Archery Range with 3 targets.
There is no camping at the Anderson Conservation Area.
There are approximately 3 miles of scenic walking trails on this piece of land.
